About GHL Toolkit
GHL Toolkit is built by Matrixcape, a small automation studio that builds workflows, AI agents and CRM setups for businesses, including on HighLevel.
Why it exists
Most HighLevel content online is either HighLevel's own documentation (accurate, but spread across hundreds of help articles) or affiliate pages that repeat the plan prices and stop. The questions we kept having to answer for ourselves were about total cost and setup details: what usage really costs, when Agency Pro pays off, why an API token doesn't work. So we built the calculators and wrote the guides we wanted.
What we've done ourselves
- Built Voice AI receptionist agents for trades businesses, including creating and updating them through HighLevel's API.
- Worked with Private Integration tokens at both agency and sub-account level.
Where a guide draws on that, it's marked as our experience. Everything else is based on HighLevel's official documentation, linked inline.
How we handle facts
- Every price comes from the vendor's own pricing page or help center, never from other review sites.
- Each page shows the date the facts were last checked, and the sources page lists every source.
- Where a calculator needs a number nobody publishes, the default is labelled as an assumption.
- If a vendor doesn't publish prices, we say so instead of estimating.
What we don't do
No testimonials, no user counts, no income claims and no "we made $X with HighLevel" stories. We don't have verified ones to show you, so we don't show any.
How the site is funded
Through HighLevel's affiliate program: if you sign up via our links, HighLevel may pay us a commission. It doesn't change what you pay. Details in our affiliate disclosure. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by HighLevel Inc.
