HighLevel pricing explained
HighLevel's cost has two parts: a flat plan fee, and usage billed from a wallet. The plan page shows the first. This page puts both together, with a source for every number.

3. Voice AI per minute
Voice engine $0.045/min plus a TTS voice ($0.015/min for OpenAI or Cartesia, $0.035 for ElevenLabs V2.5, $0.17 for ElevenLabs V3), plus LLM tokens, plus phone minutes. 5. LC Email

6. Rebilling and markup
Unlimited can pass usage to client wallets at cost; Agency Pro can add a markup. With re-billing enabled, a fixed 5% markup applies to pass-through carrier and A2P fees at the sub-account level. What a small setup might cost
An example, not a quote: one business on Starter ($97), one local number ($1.15), 1,000 outbound SMS segments at the "other carriers" fee (about $0.00747 + $0.0042 each, roughly $11.67), a low-volume A2P campaign from $1.50/month, and 5,000 emails ($3.38).
