Which HighLevel plan do you need?
The three self-serve plans differ on four things: how many sub-accounts you get, whether you can rebill usage, whether you can mark that usage up, and SaaS Mode. Tick what you need and the picker applies HighLevel's published plan limits.
Results update as you type. Nothing you enter leaves your browser.
How the picker decides
- Any Agency Pro-only feature wins. SaaS Mode, automated sub-account creation, rebilling with markup and Advanced API access are listed only on Agency Pro ($497/month). [HighLevel pricing page; checked 2026-10-25]
- More than 3 sub-accounts means Unlimited. Starter includes 3. Unlimited and Agency Pro include unlimited sub-accounts.
- Rebilling at cost needs Unlimited or higher. HighLevel's help center says rebilling without markup is "available only on the $297 and $497 plan", and markup on the $497 plan only. [Rebilling, Reselling and Wallets Explained, updated 2026-09-30; checked 2026-10-25]
- Otherwise Starter is enough. Every plan includes unlimited contacts and unlimited users.
Things the plan price doesn't include
- Usage. Calls, SMS, email and AI are billed per use from a wallet. A busy client can cost more in usage than their share of the plan. Estimate it with the SMS, call and email calculator and the Voice AI estimator.
- AI Employee. $50 or $97 per month per enabled sub-account if you use a flat AI plan. [AI Product Pricing (HighLevel help center), updated 2026-10-20; checked 2026-10-25]
- White-label mobile app. Listed as a $497/month add-on (included on Enterprise). Most agencies don't need it on day one.
A practical rule of thumb
If you are a single business using HighLevel for yourself, Starter covers you. If you are an agency with a handful of clients, the jump to Unlimited is usually triggered by client number four. The jump to Agency Pro only pays for itself when you are actually going to sell SaaS plans or mark up usage. Model that first with the SaaS margin calculator.
All plans come with a 14-day free trial. Billing starts automatically when it ends unless you cancel, and usage fees can apply during the trial.
