Questions to ask Podium or Birdeye before signing

Then compare the quote with HighLevel's plan plus usage. Our usage calculator covers the texting side. For agencies, the profit calculator shows what offering reviews as a service to several clients would earn.

Setting up review requests in HighLevel

  1. Connect the client's Google Business Profile in the sub-account.
  2. Register A2P before texting review requests (see the A2P guide).
  3. Trigger the request from a real event (job completed, invoice paid), not a bulk blast.
  4. Ask every customer the same way. Don't filter out unhappy customers before asking; review platforms' policies prohibit that kind of "review gating".
